A simpler notes editor is required (like the one used in this forum), since the application only has OnlyOffice, which is oriented to office documents and is complex to use for notes. And in tasks you cannot (and should not) add notes as such (only task details).
Some options of the external Markdown Editor that can be integrated are:
- Stackedit (It has collaborative workspaces through Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
- Marcdown
