Hello everyone,
I’m a new (free) user of Twake and I decided to create a Workstation to upload documents because I work on different stuff with some friends and it’s easier to work one after another like that.
But recently I lost all my documents without any reason, as sections didn’t move. I don’t understand why because I had only something like 500 MB files and I did nothing it to happen.
Is it possible that the Twake server where the documents were hosted crashed ? and how could I restore the documents (if it’s possible of course) ?
